    1. In the case of a missing visa letter please check the tracking status of your application through clicking on the ‘Tracking’ link at www.migration.gov.rw if your visa application is listed as approved, a screenshot of this is sufficient to receive a visa at the border.
    2. For other visa issues, your first point of contact should be to email the Rwandan High Commission in Singapore at info@rwandahighcomm.org.sg response times vary but please allocate 3-5 working days.
